The TB600C-H2-5% Hydrogen Gas Sensor Module is engineered for high-range hydrogen (H₂) detection up to 5% volume (50,000 ppm). Designed with advanced electrochemical sensing technology, this module provides accurate, stable, and fast-response monitoring for safety-critical industrial environments.
Hydrogen becomes highly hazardous at concentrations near its Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) of approximately 4% in air. Monitoring up to 5% volume allows early detection and preventive action in hydrogen production plants, storage facilities, fuel cell systems, and battery manufacturing units.
The TB600C platform delivers enhanced signal conditioning and precise analog output, making it ideal for integration with PLC systems, industrial alarm panels, fixed gas detectors, and OEM gas detection equipment.
