Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)

  • UPI / Net Banking

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)


2. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight:

  • 0.0001 kg – 1.000 kg → ₹500

  • Above 1.000 kg → ₹700

The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.


3. How long does delivery take?

  • Handling time: 1 business day (Mon–Sat).

  • Transit time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Sat).

  • Total delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can also track your order directly through our Track Your Order page.


5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • Orders can only be canceled if they are still in Pending or Payment Verification status.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • In some cases, a 5% cancellation fee may apply depending on the payment method.


6. Do you offer returns and refunds?

Yes ✅

  • You can raise a return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery in case of wrong, defective, or damaged items.

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a 100% refund.


7. Are your products covered under warranty?

Yes. All products are shipped with a standard warranty (unless specified otherwise on the product page) against manufacturing defects.
Warranty is not applicable if the product is misused, modified, or physically damaged.


8. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


9. What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered.

  • If already delivered, raise a complaint within 2 days with product photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
